MIDNIGHT is a complete interior design process focused on structure, function and long-term usability. It’s designed to remove uncertainty and replace it with a clear, coordinated system.

The package includes:

Concept & spatial structure. A clear interior concept that defines how the apartment works as a whole, including layout logic, zoning and spatial balance.

Furnishing & material direction. Carefully selected furniture, materials and finishes that create a cohesive atmosphere and support everyday use, rent or resale value.

 Visual definition. 3D visuals used as a decision-making tool, not decoration. They exist to clarify choices, proportions and atmosphere before execution.

Technical coordination. Basic technical drawings and guidance where needed, only to support correct execution and coordination with contractors.

Final documentation & guidance. Clear documentation and instructions that allow the project to be implemented without confusion.

Timeline. 2–4 weeks after receiving the full material and payment confirmation.

Note. The scope and number of visuals depend on the size and complexity of the space. Visuals are created only where they help make decisions clear.
