SILK is a level of service intended for higher-budget projects, where design, technical documentation, and execution are developed as one tailored, author-driven system.

Concept & Direction.
• site visit and measurements
• meeting: project brief, budget and style direction
• 2D concept design
• intervention plan (what gets removed / built)
• complete design direction
Technical Documentation.
• technical drawings for construction works
• technical drawings for drywall works
• technical drawings for tiling works
• technical drawings for floors
• technical drawings for painting works
• technical drawings for lighting
• technical drawings for electrical outlets
• custom-made furniture detailing
Visuals & Specification.
• photorealistic 3D visuals
• specification list (furniture, lighting, appliances, textiles)
Timeline. 4–6 weeks after I receive the full material and payment confirmation.
Note. The number of 3D visuals depends on the structure and complexity of the space.
I don’t create visuals just to have them, only when they help decisions become clear

Yes. SILK covers full renovation logic: what changes, what moves, what gets built and how the space works as a whole.
Do you handle sourcing and coordination?
If you want a calm, controlled process – yes. I can manage coordination with contractors and suppliers as an additional service.
